Processing / handling time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation (unless otherwise noted on the product page or during promotional periods). Processing time is the time we need to prepare your order for shipment.
Shipping methods & delivery estimates
Shipping options (available at checkout) may include Standard, Expedited, and Overnight, depending on destination and carrier. Typical domestic delivery estimates after shipment are:
Standard: 3–7 business days
Expedited: 1–3 business days
Overnight: 1 business day (available in eligible ZIP codes)
International shipping transit times vary by country and customs processing (typically 7–21 business days). Actual delivery times depend on carriers, customs, and local postal services.
Shipping costs & taxes
Shipping charges, taxes, and any duties or import fees will be calculated and shown at checkout. We collect and submit applicable sales tax where required by law. All shipping-related charges that are not government-imposed should be included with your shipping total in your Merchant Center shipping settings or feed.
Carriers & tracking
We ship with reliable carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, and local carriers as appropriate. Tracking numbers will be emailed after shipment. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Lost, damaged or delayed shipments
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, contact us immediately at service@zoomlane.top
with your order number and photos (if damaged). We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and will offer replacement or refund where appropriate.
Address changes & failed deliveries
If you provide an incorrect shipping address and the package is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an address you provided in error.
International shipments & duties
For international orders, customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and brokerage fees where applicable. Delivery times may be extended by customs inspections.
Google Merchant Center shipping note
Configure accurate shipping settings in your Merchant Center account and submit any additional shipping-related charges to Google as required. Mismatch between advertised shipping (on site) and Merchant Center settings can lead to disapprovals.
